Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

When you subscribe through Microsoft Azure Marketplace we receive your tenant ID, purchaser email, plan, and quantity. When you sign in to the workspace we additionally store your Entra ID object ID, display name, and email so we can route role assignments and audit events.

Connector telemetry (GPU utilization, training job metadata, model deployment status) flows from resources you explicitly connect (AKS / Azure ML / GitHub / Prometheus) and is stored encrypted at rest in our Azure region of your subscription's choice.

2. How we use it

• To provide the dashboard, alerts, and reports you signed up for.
• To report metered usage events to Microsoft for billing reconciliation.
• To send transactional service emails (purchase confirmation, suspension warnings).

We do not sell personal data and we do not use customer telemetry to train AI models.

3. Data location and retention

Data is stored in the Azure region selected at subscription time. Metrics are retained according to your plan (7 / 30 / 365 days). Audit events are retained for 1 year. You may request earlier deletion under Section 6.

4. Sharing

We share data only with: (a) Microsoft, to report Marketplace metering and validate subscriptions, and (b) sub-processors required to deliver the service (Azure Monitor, Application Insights). A current sub-processor list is available on request.

5. Security

All traffic uses TLS 1.2+. Database storage is encrypted with Microsoft-managed keys. Secrets are stored in Azure Key Vault. Access to production is limited to named on-call engineers and logged.

6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Tenant administrators may export or delete tenant data via the in-product Settings page or by emailing test@intellnet.cn. We respond within 30 days.
